Howard L. Moses, Sr. is the  Pastor and Co-Founder of the historic Lord’s Church Baptist Denomination: 22 years serving as pastor at no charge.

He is the President/Co-Founder and National Director of the Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute: (Nationally Accredited Christian College with 449 affiliated schools in the USA)  21 years serving at no charge.

Rev. Moses has pastored The Lord’s Church for twenty-two years without charge. He is also President and National Director of the Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute and has been doing so for Twenty years at know charge. Pastor Moses uses the funds to train pastors, ministers, and church leaders, and for the Annual Community Day in October.

d.    Administrator to receive 501c3 status for The Lord’s Church Baptist Denomination April 3, 1997

Administrator to receive 501c3 status for The Biblical School of the Friends of Jesus Convention, now known as The Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute April 3, 1997. The original name was “Biblical School of the Friends of Jesus Convention,” now known as the Frederick L. Ray Biblical Institute was approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia Council of Higher Education March 19, 1997.
